Quick Coupling SMP

All SMP’s conversion products follow current standards such as NORDIC STANDARD, VOLVO STANDARD. The conversion products are supplied welded or in loose components.

Available in sizes SMP4 - SMP 205. 

Sorting buckets

The sorting buckets have the same design as SL grading buckets. The ribs are made of durable ribbed steel bars. Standard distance between ribs is 70mm.

Volume 55 - 1150 L/SAE.

Fork lifts

Fork lifts 2.6 – 5 tons are supplied with the most common attachments e.g. S45, S60, S70, B20 etc.

Crane arms

A tool for high, long and secure lifting. Made from high strength steel with special profiles. The crane arms are manufactured with mechanical or alternatively hydraulic extending sections.

Capacity 1000 - 2000 kg. Lengths 2200 - 7000 mm.

Backfilling buckets

Backfilling with precision. Available with different tapers or completely straight.

Asphalt cutters

Robust with the shaft running in journal bearings and a strong hub. Available with different cutting depths. Brackets S40 to S80 and B18 to B20. Other types of brackets are offered on request. Cutting depth 100 and 150 mm.

Rippers

Designed for optimal breaking capacity. Maximum effect is achieved through a specially designed breaking plate and base plate. Fits all excavators from 2-50 tons with S30 - S60, B20 - B30 and SMP couplings. Teeth of several fabrics; UNIZ, CAT and SMP. Self-sharpening teeth available.

Folding ploughs

Designed for easy and efficient snow clearing. A folding snow plough is a very flexible tool for clearing everything from streets and roads to parking areas and open spaces. With its hydraulics you simply angle the blades to push snow either right or left, to both sides or set them to a Y shape to gather snow.

Minimum working width 1740 - 3300 mm.

Diagonal plougs

The ploughs are really robust and well built. Manufactured with a bent sweep in 5 mm sheet metal, completely welded frame, and a robust box beam.

Minimum working width 2650 - 3200 mm.

Hammer plates/Adapters

SMP’s robust hammer plates and adapters are designed for the Nordic market. They are designed for all quick couplings, hydraulic hammers, hydraulic scissors, and crushers.

Hammer weight 50 - 4500 kg.

Grabs

Timber grabs for excavators with lift capacity of 1,3 to 10 tons. Universal-/Sorting grab with Combi Grip. Couplings for S40 to S70 and B20.

Hoses, bolted cutting bars, accumulator kit and valves are additional equipment.
